- Family pensioners of defense personnel.
- Junior Commissioned Officers (JCOs) and Other Ranks (ORs) based on their rank, group, and qualifying service.

โค What Will Be the Revised Pensions?
The revised pensions will be calculated based on:
- Rank and group for JCOs/ORs.
- Qualifying service for officers and personnel.
- The new rates will be determined using the live data of defense retirees from 2023.
Where necessary, the government has protected pension amounts to ensure that higher qualifying service always results in higher pensions, even if discrepancies exist in the data.
The revised pensions under OROP from July 1, 2024, continue to uphold the governmentโs commitment to its retired defense personnel, ensuring fairness and consistency across ranks and years of service.
