The prestigious event Chanakya Defence Dialogue 2024 is happening on 24th and 25th October in New Delhi. The Indian Army, in partnership with the Centre for Land Warfare Studies (CLAWS), is all set to organize the event. This year the event will focus on the theme “Drivers in Nation Building: Fuelling Growth through Comprehensive Security.
At todayโs Curtain Raiser event, Army Chief General Upendra Dwivedi spoke about the Indian Army’s vision for a strong, secure, and prosperous India by 2047. He emphasized the Army’s key role in national security and its contributions to nation-building, while addressing pressing national and international security concerns.
The Chanakya Defence Dialogue aims to foster deep discussions, build strategic partnerships, and create actionable insights for enhancing India’s security and development. This platform will bring together national and international leaders, policymakers, and experts to share ideas on the critical link between security and development.
By promoting dialogues around security and growth, the event will support India’s vision for a prosperous future, especially as the country approaches 100 years of independence in 2047.
