Refund and Returns Policy

Effective Date: 28 July 2026

This Refund, Cancellation & Student Support Policy applies to all paid educational products, services, and materials purchased from or through Army Study Live Classes (“Army Study”), including but not limited to:

Online and offline courses, live and recorded batches, test series, mock tests, subscriptions, study material, books, notes, PDFs, e-books, practice sets, course packages, combo offers, digital content, physical educational material, and any other paid learning product or service offered by Army Study.

By completing a purchase, the student/user acknowledges and agrees to this Policy.

1. General No Refund Policy

As a general rule, all purchases are final and non-refundable once payment has been successfully completed and the applicable product, content, service, course access, or material has been provided, activated, dispatched, downloaded, or made available to the student.

Students must carefully review all relevant information before purchasing, including the exam, eligibility, syllabus, course contents, validity, language, schedule, product description, delivery details, and other applicable conditions.

A change of mind, lack of preparation, non-attendance, failure to use purchased content, personal scheduling conflicts, purchasing the wrong product, or deciding to prepare for another examination will ordinarily not qualify for a refund.

2. Exceptional Refund Within 7 Days

Army Study understands that genuine and serious circumstances may arise. Therefore, an exceptional refund request may be considered when submitted within 7 calendar days from the date of purchase/payment, subject to verification and approval.

Such exceptions may include:

Change in Examination Preparation: Where a student is genuinely unable to continue preparing for the examination for which the course/material was purchased due to a significant and verifiable change in circumstances.

Serious Financial Hardship: Where the student or family experiences an unexpected and substantial financial difficulty that makes continuation of the purchased educational service impracticable.

Major Personal or Family Circumstances: Serious situations such as death in the immediate family, significant family emergency, or another exceptional circumstance that materially prevents the student from continuing their studies.

Other exceptional cases may be considered individually where Army Study determines that genuine hardship exists.

3. Documentary Proof Required

Exceptional refunds are not automatic.

The student must submit appropriate and verifiable documents supporting the reason for the refund request. Depending on the circumstances, Army Study may request relevant financial documents, examination/admission documents, official certificates, supporting declarations, or other reasonable evidence.

Providing false, altered, misleading, or fraudulent documents may result in rejection of the request and suspension or termination of access to Army Study services.

4. Seven-Day Time Limit

Any request under the Exceptional Refund provision must be submitted within 7 calendar days of the original purchase/payment date.

Requests received after the 7-day period will ordinarily not be eligible for a refund, including requests based on financial hardship or a change in examination preparation.

5. Physical Books & Study Material

For physical books, printed notes, study kits, or other physical material, refunds or replacements may be considered where:

The student receives the wrong product, the product arrives materially damaged, or there is another verified fulfilment error attributable to Army Study.

A student should report such an issue promptly and provide appropriate evidence, including photographs or videos where reasonably required.

A product will not ordinarily be returnable merely because the student no longer needs it, changes examination preparation, or changes their mind after purchase.

Where physical material forms part of a course/package and has already been dispatched or delivered, the cost of that material and applicable shipping/handling charges may be deducted from any exceptional refund approved by Army Study.

6. Digital Products & Consumed Content

Digital products such as PDFs, e-books, downloadable notes, recorded classes, test series, mock tests, or other immediately accessible content are generally non-refundable once accessed, downloaded, substantially consumed, or used.

In an exceptional hardship case, Army Study may nevertheless review the circumstances and the extent to which the purchased service/content has already been used before deciding whether any refund is appropriate.

7. Duplicate or Incorrect Payment

Where the same purchase is accidentally charged more than once because of a verified payment or technical issue, the duplicate transaction may be refunded after verification.

This provision is separate from the 7-day exceptional refund process.

8. Refund Review & Decision

Submission of a refund request does not guarantee approval.

Each exceptional request will be reviewed individually based on the reason provided, supporting documents, purchase details, content already accessed, material already dispatched or delivered, and other relevant circumstances.

Where approved, Army Study may provide a full refund, partial refund, course adjustment/transfer, or another appropriate resolution depending on the circumstances.

Any refund will ordinarily be processed through an appropriate available payment method after approval and necessary verification.

Student Support Initiative — 50 Free Seats

Army Study believes genuine financial or family hardship should not automatically prevent a deserving student from preparing for their examination.

Accordingly, up to 50 free seats may be allocated under the Army Study Student Support Initiative, subject to eligibility, verification, course availability, and approval.

9. Priority for Students Without Parental Support

Priority may be given to students who have lost both their mother and father and do not have adequate financial resources to purchase the required course.

Students who have lost one parent and are experiencing serious financial hardship may also be considered based on their individual circumstances and available seats.

Other exceptionally disadvantaged students may be considered where there is sufficient evidence of genuine financial hardship.

10. Verification for Free Seats

Applicants may be required to provide reasonable documentary evidence establishing their circumstances, identity, educational/examination preparation, and financial need.

Army Study may verify submitted information before approving a free seat.

False or fraudulent information may result in immediate cancellation of the free enrollment.

11. Limit of Free Seats

The initiative is limited to a maximum of 50 free seats, which may be allocated across eligible courses, batches, or academic periods as determined by Army Study.

Meeting eligibility criteria does not automatically guarantee a free seat. Allocation depends on verification, availability, genuine need, and approval.

A free seat has no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money, and cannot be transferred or sold to another person.

12. Fair Use

Refund exceptions and free seats are intended to support students facing genuine circumstances.

Army Study reserves the right to reject requests where there is evidence of misuse, repeated refund claims, fraudulent documentation, account sharing, unauthorized redistribution of content, or attempts to exploit the policy.

13. Policy Updates

Army Study may revise this Policy from time to time to reflect changes in its products, services, operational requirements, or applicable legal requirements.

Any updated Policy will apply according to the terms and effective date stated in the updated version.
