2. Registration & User Account
Certain services may require the student/user to create an account using accurate and current information.
The user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for activity occurring through their account.
An Army Study account and any purchased course access are intended for the registered student only.
Users must not sell, rent, transfer, share, sublicense, or otherwise provide their account or paid access to another person without authorization from Army Study.
Army Study may suspend or restrict an account where unauthorized sharing, fraudulent activity, misuse, or violation of these Terms is reasonably identified.
3. Age & Eligibility
Users must satisfy applicable age and eligibility requirements to register or make purchases.
Where a student is a minor, registration, purchase, or use of paid services should be completed with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian as required by applicable law.
The student remains responsible for checking the eligibility requirements of the examination for which they are preparing.
Purchasing an Army Study course does not itself establish eligibility for any examination, recruitment, admission, or selection process.
4. Course & Product Information
Students should carefully review the information provided before purchasing any course, batch, test series, book, study material, subscription, or other product.
This includes, where applicable:
Exam name, eligibility, syllabus, subjects, faculty, language, course duration, validity, class schedule, number of tests/classes, study material, delivery details, device requirements, and other product-specific information.
The features and inclusions specifically stated on the relevant product or purchase page will determine what is included in a particular purchase.
5. Prices, Offers & Payments
Prices will be displayed at the time of purchase.
Army Study may introduce, modify, extend, or discontinue discounts, promotional offers, coupons, scholarships, or special pricing from time to time.
A student who purchased a product before a subsequent price reduction or promotional offer will not ordinarily be entitled to a refund of the price difference.
Payments may be processed through third-party payment gateways, banks, UPI providers, card networks, or other payment service providers.
A purchase is considered successfully completed after payment is confirmed and the applicable order or access is generated.
6. Failed, Pending & Duplicate Transactions
Where a payment fails or remains pending but an amount is debited, the transaction may be subject to reconciliation by the relevant bank, payment gateway, or payment service provider.
Where a student is verifiably charged more than once for the same transaction, Army Study may process the duplicate payment refund after verification.
Students may be required to provide transaction details, payment references, screenshots, or other information reasonably necessary to investigate a payment issue.
7. Refund & Cancellation
Except where otherwise expressly stated, purchases made through Army Study are generally final, non-refundable, and non-transferable after successful payment and provision of the applicable access, service, digital content, or material.
Army Study may, however, consider an exceptional refund request submitted within 7 calendar days from the original purchase/payment date in genuine and serious circumstances.
Exceptional circumstances may include significant and verifiable financial hardship, major personal or family emergencies, or a substantial change in circumstances that genuinely prevents a student from continuing preparation for the relevant examination.
Supporting documentary evidence may be required.
Change of mind, non-attendance, failure to study, failure to attempt tests, lack of time, dissatisfaction arising solely from personal preference, or purchasing the wrong product will not ordinarily constitute grounds for a refund.
Digital products that have already been substantially accessed, consumed, or downloaded and physical material already dispatched or delivered may affect refund eligibility or the amount refundable.
Approval of an exceptional refund is subject to verification and applicable law.
8. Books & Physical Study Material
Physical products may include books, printed notes, practice material, study kits, or other educational material.
Students are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information.
Estimated delivery timelines are indicative and may be affected by courier operations, location, weather, public holidays, logistical disruptions, or circumstances beyond Army Study’s reasonable control.
Where an incorrect product is delivered or a product is received materially damaged, the student should contact Army Study promptly with appropriate proof.
Where a physical product forms part of a course or package and has already been dispatched or delivered, its applicable cost and shipping/handling expenses may be considered when calculating an approved exceptional refund.
9. Digital Content
Digital content may include recorded lectures, PDFs, e-books, notes, test series, mock tests, practice questions, live classes, downloadable resources, and other educational content.
Access is provided for personal educational use only.
Students must not reproduce, record, copy, download through unauthorized methods, redistribute, sell, publish, upload, screen-record, share, or commercially exploit Army Study content without written authorization.
10. Course Validity & Access
Each course, batch, test series, subscription, or digital product may have a specific validity period.
Access may automatically expire after the stated validity period.
Students are responsible for using the purchased service within its applicable validity period.
Unused classes, tests, videos, or other content will not ordinarily extend the validity period or create a right to a refund.
Army Study may extend access or validity in exceptional circumstances at its discretion or where required by applicable law.
11. Live Classes & Schedule Changes
Class schedules, faculty, test dates, lesson sequences, or academic plans may occasionally require modification because of operational, academic, technical, faculty, examination-calendar, or other reasonable requirements.
Army Study may make reasonable changes to schedules, faculty assignments, content sequence, or delivery format while seeking to maintain the educational purpose and overall substance of the purchased service.
A reasonable operational or scheduling change does not automatically create a right to a refund.
12. Examination Information
Army Study may provide information regarding examinations, recruitment, vacancies, eligibility, syllabus, dates, results, or other examination-related matters for educational and informational purposes.
Official examination authorities may modify their rules, dates, eligibility conditions, syllabus, vacancies, or recruitment procedures.
Students should verify important examination information through the relevant official authority.
Army Study does not control decisions made by examination boards, recruitment agencies, government departments, or other third parties.
13. No Guarantee of Selection or Results
Army Study provides educational preparation, resources, guidance, and academic support.
Purchase or completion of any course, batch, test series, book, or study material does not guarantee selection, examination qualification, marks, rank, recruitment, admission, employment, or any specific result.
Student performance depends on multiple factors, including preparation, attendance, practice, examination performance, eligibility, and the rules and decisions of the relevant examination authority.
14. Intellectual Property Rights
Unless otherwise stated, educational content and platform materials provided by Army Study—including videos, lectures, PDFs, notes, graphics, questions, test series, course structures, logos, branding, and other proprietary material—are owned by or lawfully licensed to Army Study.
Purchasing a product provides the student with limited personal access to use the relevant material for educational purposes.
Purchase does not transfer ownership or intellectual property rights to the student.
Unauthorized copying, redistribution, resale, recording, publication, or commercial use may result in suspension of access and other action available under applicable law.
15. Account Sharing & Content Piracy
Sharing paid accounts or paid content with unauthorized persons is prohibited.
Army Study may use reasonable technical and security mechanisms to protect its content and identify unauthorized use.
Where account sharing, content piracy, unauthorized redistribution, recording, resale, or other serious misuse is identified, Army Study may suspend or terminate the relevant account and take other appropriate action consistent with applicable law.
16. Technical Requirements
Students are responsible for maintaining a compatible device, supported software, adequate storage where applicable, and a stable internet connection necessary to access online services.
Temporary interruptions caused by the student’s device, internet provider, network conditions, operating system, third-party services, or other matters outside Army Study’s reasonable control do not ordinarily create a right to a refund.
Where a material technical problem is directly attributable to Army Study, reasonable efforts will be made to restore the affected service.
17. Student Conduct
Students must use Army Study services lawfully and respectfully.
Users must not attempt to:
-
- Access another user’s account without authorization
-
- Circumvent platform security or access restrictions
-
- Distribute pirated or unauthorized content
-
- Upload malicious software or interfere with platform operation
-
- Abuse, threaten, harass, or impersonate other users, faculty, or staff
-
- Engage in fraudulent transactions or submit fraudulent documentation
Material violations may result in suspension or termination of access.
18. Seats — Student Support Initiative
Army Study may provide up to 50 free seats under its Student Support Initiative for deserving students facing exceptional financial or family circumstances.
Priority may be given to students who have lost if any their mother and father and lack adequate financial resources to purchase the required educational course.
Students who have lost one parent and are experiencing serious financial hardship, as well as other exceptionally disadvantaged students, may also be considered depending on circumstances and seat availability.
Applicants may be required to provide identity, educational, financial, family, or other relevant documentary evidence for verification.
Eligibility does not guarantee allocation.
Free seats are subject to verification, availability, course capacity, and approval. A free seat cannot be transferred, sold, exchanged, or redeemed for cash.
Fraudulent information or documents may result in cancellation of the free enrollment.
19. Promotional Offers & Free Products
Army Study may periodically provide free classes, free tests, demo courses, discounts, coupons, giveaways, scholarships, or promotional access.
Such benefits may have separate eligibility requirements, validity periods, usage limits, or other conditions.
Promotional benefits cannot ordinarily be converted into cash or transferred unless expressly permitted.
20. Suspension & Termination
Army Study may suspend, restrict, or terminate access where a user materially violates these Terms, engages in fraud, shares accounts, pirates content, misuses services, compromises platform security, or engages in other unlawful activity.
Where reasonably appropriate, Army Study may investigate the circumstances before taking permanent action.
21. Third-Party Services
The platform may use or link to third-party services such as payment gateways, video infrastructure, analytics services, communication tools, courier providers, or external websites.
Use of third-party services may also be governed by their respective terms and policies.
Army Study is not responsible for third-party services to the extent their operation is outside Army Study’s reasonable control, subject to applicable law.
22. Privacy & Personal Information
Collection, processing, storage, and use of personal information are governed by Army Study’s applicable Privacy Policy and applicable law.
Students should review the Privacy Policy together with these Terms & Conditions.
23. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Army Study will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising solely from circumstances outside its reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or restrict any liability or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.
24. Changes to Courses or Services
Army Study may update, improve, modify, replace, or discontinue features, content, or services where reasonably necessary for academic, operational, legal, security, or technical reasons.
Where a material change substantially affects a paid service, Army Study may provide an appropriate alternative or other resolution in accordance with applicable law and the circumstances.
25. Changes to Terms & Conditions
Army Study may revise these Terms from time to time.
Updated Terms will be published through the applicable website/app or other appropriate channel together with their effective date.
Changes will apply in accordance with applicable law.
26. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
Any dispute arising from the use of Army Study’s platform, products, services, or these Terms will be handled in accordance with applicable Indian law and the dispute-resolution provisions applicable to Army Study.
Nothing in these Terms limits a student’s statutory rights or access to remedies available under applicable consumer protection law.
27. Contact & Grievances
For questions concerning purchases, payments, courses, refunds, study material, account access, or these Terms & Conditions, students may contact Army Study through its official support channels.
Students should provide their registered details and, where relevant, their order/transaction information so that the matter can be verified and addressed.
By registering, purchasing, accessing, or continuing to use Army Study’s products or services, the user acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions, together with the applicable Refund Policy and Privacy Policy.
